Discovery Call

 Fill out our inquiry form and we’ll reach out to find out more about your project!

II.

Consultation

Next we’ll schedule an in-person (or virtual) consultation to walk through the property, discuss your needs in-depth. After the consultation, you will receive a proposal with our estimated design fee for review.

III.

Research & Design Development

We will research your market and competitors and develop a design concept that represents your taste while appealing to your target demographic.

IV.

Implementation

We’ll begin the ordering and procurement of furnishings while working alongside the contractors you’ve hired to ensure that your project stays on track.

V.

Install & Photography

When construction is complete, our team will install all furniture, art, and accessories, and photograph the spaces (videography services are also available).

VI.

Go Live

Once your listing goes Live, we’ll also feature it on East + Lane’s social media and newsletter to help you garnish even more exposure.

Virtual Consultations

Get some guidance on your space, no matter where you are. Our virtual 1-on-1 consultations were designed to provide you with the support you need to make confident and creative interior design decisions. During our 60 minute Zoom call, we’ll discuss things like:

E-Design

Calling all DIYers! Our virtual e-design services will empower you to bring your interior design vision to life. Simply send us photos and measurements of 1-2 rooms, and we’ll create a custom digital design plan and shopping list for you to execute at your own pace. Everything is done via email or video calls, and current turnaround time is 10-12 weeks. 

  • A room concept board to showcase how everything works together. 
  • A floor plan detailing furniture layout so you can purchase with confidence
  • A shopping list with clickable links to recommended items
  • One free revision to make sure things are just right
